    We do not store any information that is provided by you to facilitate such card transactions on our Platform.

Service overview

Description : On purchasing our service, a user shall be able to Sign up for our web application tool through which the user shall be able to input the data regarding his investments, salary, inflation, expenses and other personal information, and be able to fetch it again on the next log-in. Also, the user shall be able to buy “block” through which the user shall be able to provide information about his individual investment instruments for a limited period of time. The number of investment instruments for which the user shall be able to input the data shall depend upon the number of “Blocks” the user has purchased. One “block” shall have the data of one investment instrument. By inputting the details of an investment instrument, the user shall be able to view the cash flows from his investment instrumentin the “what if” section, and also other things like the InnFinn return, inflation adjusted InnFinn return, IRR, Inflation adjusted IRR, XIRR, Inflation adjusted XIRR.The user shall also know the effect of investing in an investment on his current and future portfolio. This shall help the user to take better and more calculated investment decisions by himself. InnFinn reserves the right to change the provided information at any instance without informing or taking permission from the user for the change. The “block” purchased shall be available to be used for a limited amount of time after which it’s data shall be permanently deleted, to avoid unwanted deletion of data of a “block” the user should make sure to pay for the extension of the “block” before it’s maturity. The user may use bank mandate facility for the same (if available).

A user shall not be provided any investment related advise and a user shall not consider anything contained in the website as an investment advice.

To summarize-

  • Inclusions:The user shall only be able to sign up/register to the website so that his inputted data shall be saved on our servers to be retrieved by him in the future through sign in/log in; and to buy “blocks” to add investment instrument details as mentioned above.
  • Exclusions:No investment advice shall be provided to the user in any way; this website is only a tool to help user to make his own investment decisions. The user shall also not get the ownership for the web application or any of its components. The user shall also not get any license to sell, lease, rent the website or its components.The user shall not get the right to use the website for eternity after signup. The user shall not get the right to use a “block” for unlimited amount of time. The user shall not get the right to use the website for unlawful activities or to copy the functions/contents of the website or any of its components. The user shall not get the right to violate the terms and conditions of the website.

 

Service delivery and timelines

  • Order processing: We process all new service orders within 1 business day, i.e. the user should be able to sign up/register or use the purchased “block” within 24 hours of a day after making the payment for the same.
  • Delays:We shall try our best to provide the services in a timely and organized manner after payment however, technical problems in our website, payment failure, internet breakdown, system breakdown or technical issues in our servers may result in delays.

 

Client responsibilities

  • Timely Payment: The client shall ensure paying for a “block” before its maturity to avoid deletion of its data.
  • Communication: The client shall provide a written communication on facing any problem relating to sign-in/log-in or if he is unable to use a “block” within its maturity period through the provided contact e-mail as mentioned in the contact page of this website. InnFinn Innovations shall not be responsible for any loss to the user due to him not being able to use the services after payment.

Rate revisions and Changes- InnFinn Innovations reserves the right to change the Registration/Sign-up fees or the price of the “block” at any time, however the user shall not be charged additionally for the products already purchased by them till their maturity.
